INNOVATIVE INTERN-LED BUSINESS

Welcome to the home of Blossom & Light candles – imagined, designed and developed by interns from Lighthouse Futures Trust, a charity supporting young neurodivergent adults. Lighthouse Futures Trust interns are young adults aged 16-24 who have an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP). LFT interns have a range of support needs; some have mild to moderate learning disabilities, others are autistic or neurodivergent in other ways – and some have social and emotional health support needs.

Blossom & Light is an innovate intern-led business – and a shining example of our interns’ unstoppable creativity. This extraordinary enterprise encompasses the employability skills they have developed, the authenticity of a unique brand and an inspirational hope for the future.
